Useage and safety points
Before use please read the notes below:

1. Do not operate the equipment:
  • Until you have ensured that the system has been correctly assembled.
  • Until you have ensured that no damage has arisen from any prior misuse of the system.
  • Until you have ensured that the weight and centre of gravity of the load being arried is within the capacity of the system.
  • On inclined surfaces without using suitable restraint devices on load being carried.
  • Over rough or uneven surfaces, deep floor joints, sliding door tracks, manhole covers or any soft surface, eg gravel, tarmac, etc (the harder the surface, the easier the movement).
  • Over surfaces that are unable to support the weight of the load.
2. Always:
  • Keep all parts of the body from beneath load being moved.
  • Ensure that the floor surface is free of debris.
  • Operate the system within its specified safe working load limits. Avoid shock loading when carrying loads.
  • Use the system on a smooth level surface ensuring that the load being carried is uniformly distributed.
  • Ensure the person using the system has had previous experience of heavy load moving.
  • Ensure that the wheels are free from any swarf, screws and other embedded debris before using the system.
  • Use genuine replacement parts which are avilable from the manufacturers.
  • Use jacks to lift load onto the system, rather than lowering the load directly from a crane. (Which can result in overloading).
